They have a great franchise. They shoould work a bit more I felt. Hope Panda 2, if there is one, is great.

I may have missed the point here, but there are other great things about the movie that make it a classic, say ‘There is no secret ingredient’ or how about the hero doesn’t have to be 6 pack ab-ed and chiseled.
For bringing out a story that is closer to the common man I would have rated this movie higher. I wont argue though since I do agree to the part where Po could have been made a little more memorable thereby increasing it’s merchandise value. Didn’t I hear Panda 2 was coming out? :)

I agree that Po’s char could have been improved further, but in the larger context, maybe I’m too grown up, the film was kinda boring. Hollywood movies are too predictable and are getting tiring. Especially the screenplay.
