Interesting comparison there with Von Trier&#039;s casting of Dafoe.  Of course, the aesthetic inspiration remains Schubert&#039;s ravishing &#039;String Quartet No. 14 in D Minor&#039; also known as the &#039;Death and the Maiden Quartet.&#039; which is one of the titanic composer&#039;s greatest works.
   Again, your insights here are peerless, and superlative clip from the film.]]></description>
